Add audio to a PowerPoint presentation
If you have an audio file on your computer and want to add it to a slide in your PowerPoint presentation, you can do so. The audio file you insert must be in one of the following formats:
- AIFF

- midi

- M4A
- MP4
- WAV
- WMA
If your audio file is not in one of the above formats, you will not be able to add it to your PowerPoint. In that case, you may want to use an online conversion tool to change it from the current format to one of those mentioned above.
