Hasbro’s foam-spewing FPS, now available worldwide on Android and iOS

Hasbro is working on it again NERF: Superblasttrying to make a video game based on their popular range of firearms replicas that shoot foam, quite popular with younger kids and even the occasional adult who likes to collect them, and their latest game is a mobile FPS which is now available on android and ios for free !

NERF blasters are pretty cool, so a game on them should do pretty well… right? If their latest game, NERF: Legends is any indication, Hasbro hasn’t exactly gotten off to a great start in the virtual world. However, this could very well be the game that changes that.

The game features classic NERF blasters that hobbyists know and (mostly) love

From a collector’s perspective, the game is actually cool, as it features quite a few classic blasters, such as the Shock, the trilogy, the Titan, and more. From the trailer, we understood that it contains all the foam arrow shooting lines such as: Zombie Strike, Elite, Ultraand even the dreaded Elite 2.0 though Rival seems to be missing for some reason.

NERF: Superblast doesn’t look bad with a trailer, though it doesn’t look too good either. From a player’s perspective, the game is a little on the rough side with really clunky looking gameplay and not the best visuals (it seems about on par with the official NERF Roblox game, NERF: Strike). The game includes everything you would expect from a basic FPS game, such as multiplayer, progression systems, multiple maps and weapons, and more.

If you’re a fan of NERF’s blasters or just someone looking for a casual FPS title, NERF: Superblast might be something to consider. You can download it from Google Play or App Store.
