Go to to update apps on iPhone App Store > Account. below AVAILABLE UPDATES (or UPCOMING AUTOMATIC UPDATES), tap either Update everything top, or UPDATE next to each app.

How to update apps on an iPhone
Updating apps is easy and can be done directly from the App Store. Making sure your apps are all up-to-date helps ensure that they function properly on a day-to-day basis.
- Open the App Store.
- Press Account button — your profile picture circle in the top right corner.
- Scroll down to the AVAILABLE UPDATES section. If you have automatic updates turned on, it says in this section UPCOMING AUTOMATIC UPDATES INSTEAD OF.
- Tap Update everything to update all your update-ready apps at once. Tap UPDATE next to an app if you want to update it individually.
