Kayla Braxton recently had a problem with the delivery of her new phone. It appears that the new iPhone that Braxton ordered was incorrectly marked as delivered. She immediately took to Twitter to notify UPS of this logistical error that had occurred.
“Hey @UPS, I ordered a new iPhone and it says it was delivered to me an hour ago but it’s nowhere to be found. I’ve tried to contact you a few times with no success. Can you guys all help me? Thank you!”
With the amount of packages being delivered each day, it’s pretty common for a few to get misplaced. We hope Kayla Braxton can resolve this issue as soon as possible.
