What is the best mobile flight sim?

The intense world of Microsoft Flight Sim arrivals has awakened the world to the beauty of simulated flying, but not all of us have a great PC for flying airplanes. For mobile gamers, we’ve found the best flight simulator Android has to offer. This means you can fly anywhere in the world wherever you want! Yes, even on the toilet!

If you’ve been itching to take to their skies, we’ve got the list for you! To find out what the best Mobile Flight Sim is, we’ve made this handy list!

Best Flight Simulator Android: X-Plane

X Plane logo in a cockpit

As the most detailed mobile flight simulator out there, X-Plane is definitely the best flight simulator Android gamers can get. Not only is it a real flight sim at the level of PC gaming, but it’s a good one too!

X-Plane is a brilliant simulator on mobile. As with the PC game, a detailed portable flight sim awaits you. Not only can you fly around the world, but you can do it with amazing accuracy.

While it may be the best flight simulator Android gamers can get, it can get pricey. Yes, you can download the game for free, but you only get a limited number of planes. In addition, you are barred from multiplayer features. On the other hand, you can still fly all over the world!

However, if you spend money, you get access to even more beautifully detailed planes. While not at the level of Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020, these cockpits are seriously impressive and interactive. It’s just so cool!

If you’re deep into X-Plane, there’s even Air Traffic Control gameplay. This means you can jump into Discord and guide real players to their destinations and help them land. If you like role playing, this is the game for you.

X-Plane is free to try, so you might as well try it here!

Infinite Flight Simulator

Nowhere near as accurate as X-Plane, Infinite Flight Simulator is a more casual experience. However, what it lacks in intense simulation it makes up for with a ton more planes to fly!

There are over 50 planes to choose from in this giant flight simulator. It may not be the absolute best flight simulator Android gamers can pick up, but it’s a great time for airplane enthusiasts.

Satellite images allow you to explore the world with current atmospheric conditions. Is it foggy over Swansea? Yes? Then you see it here.

Infinite Flight Simulator is usually the best choice for mobile flight sims? Why? Because it’s just more accessible to most players, even if it’s a step behind X-Plane’s mechanics.

It’s easy to recommend IFS to those who want to go to virtual heaven while resting on the ceramic throne. With this in mind, maybe take a look this way?

Microsoft Flight Simulator

The de facto flight simulator game can technically be played on Android, but with a caveat. You can only play the game on Android through Xbox Cloud Gaming, a subscription game streaming service.

This means that while it is the best flight simulator Android has, it is only possible through external means. Furthermore, an Xbox controller is required to play the game, which is not the best way to play. If you want the full experience, you’ll need a console/PC and a compatible flight stick.

Yet this is the ultimate flying experience. With a collection of highly detailed aircraft, you can fly over a 1:1 recreation of the Earth with real-time air and weather conditions. It’s really great.

Perhaps a decade into the future, Microsoft Flight Simulator on Android will be a reality. Unfortunately, it’s only available via streaming for now and we’d still highly recommend it. It’s as brilliant as flying games can get.

Real flight simulator

Quite a few sports behind the others, Real Flight Simulator is a much simpler game compared to X-Plane. As a premium experience, you’ll have to pay £0.99 to join, but it’s still a fun time for those who like to fly.

While it’s not the best flight simulator Android has, it’s still a good choice. You can still fly around the world, experience recreations of your favorite airports, and experience real-time weather.

Real Flight Simulator is a nice alternative if you don’t like X-Plane or Infinite Flight Sim. However, you’ll probably find yourself wanting some of the more advanced features of other titles.

It’s still fun though and we definitely recommend the game! If you want to pick it up, follow this link here.
